A Message to Home Buyers of Paddington Grove
As the developers of Paddington Grove, we are incredibility proud of the way it is developing. The calibre of both the residents and their homes is outstanding. We want that to continue.
We have a partnership with Bundy Homes for them to build all of the homes in Paddington Grove for a number of reasons, most of which are to your benefit including
- They will build to the quality and complete the home to the standard required in the covenant including fencing, landscaping etc.
- Bundy Homes have an agreement with us, enabling them to remove any overburden, rocks etc to the other side of the estate for processing.
This is at no cost to Bundy Homes (and therefore you). Any other builder would have to cart materials off site and pay dumping etc. Should you build with Bundy Homes in Paddington Grove, future swimming pool overburden can also be taken to our onsite facility. Savings can be in the thousands of dollars.
Our company, although a totally separate entity, has weekly meetings with Bundy Homes. This way, all of us can work together in order to get your home built
efficiently. For example, we usually use our onsite excavator to bench home pads. We are not interested in doing this for other builders.
- Bundy Homes are Bundaberg’s best priced top quality builder They will build you the best home for the best price. And that’s what we all want in Paddington Grove.
- Every home in Paddington has been built by Bundy Homes, so as you can see, you can choose from a wide range of designs, finishes and facades
- Because they build the all homes, you will only be required to contribute towards half all side (and some rear) fencing. Any other builder, with an adjoining vacant block, would pay 100%. As developers, we are not legally required to pay for 50% of fencing under the Divided Fencing Act.
- Because Bundy Homes put together the whole home / land package at a fixed price, this enables us to budget on sales into the future. We, therefore, sell to their clients blocks at thousands of dollars below what we’d sell them for, should buyers not intend to build with Bundy Homes.
All in all, we think Paddington Grove is the best estate in Bundy. It just so happens to be the best priced also. Having been involved in the district developing land for over 20 years, we know that the market is a bit tough at present. So, we just meet the market and are not greedy like the others.
