Parklands is Bundaberg’s premier small acreage estate located on the western side of the city within easy access to major shopping , sporting clubs ,schools and entertainment facilities.

Parklands also has its own local general store.

The new city ring road provides more direct access to Bundaberg suburbs and coastal regions.

Stage 8 - this stage comprises of 44 blocks ,all minimum size of at least one acre (4000m2).

Blocks feature level building site with underground power and phone. Bores are allowed on each block to provide potable water for domestic and garden use.

The stage also includes 26 acres of land being passed on to Bundaberg Regional Council for the council to develop a public parkland sector.
