John was one of the top carpenters in Bundaberg until his back went. His role is mainly in quality control and organization of tradespeople. He makes sure each home is built to our high standards, on budget, and on time!

Michael Randall

(Director)

Michael is a company director. He makes sure our building plans and inclusions are right from day one. He also handles customer enquiries.

Debra Randall

(Operations Manager)

Debbie oversees the company operations, workplace health and safety and liases with customers once the foundations are down on their new home.

Heidi Forman

Heidi is more than just our first port of call, she is an integral part of the team and our office manager.
