Exceptional women across residential building’s supply chain were lauded today at the HIA Recognition of Women in Building & Construction Awards.

Debra is referred to as the mover and shaker of their family business and passionate about customer service and driving top quality outcomes for her customers. Debra has become extremely conversant with the technical aspects of residential building and has driven a number of cost reduction and quality control initiatives. With Debra’s background in media has effectively branded Bundy Homes position in the local market. Debra has achieved so much for their business and whilst coping a significant health issue. Debra is also a successful breeder of dogs and horses, and balances all her commitments and passions by working hard at everything she does.

“This is the fifth year that HIA has hosted these Awards, and the response and calibre of nominations received from across the industry has been exceptional.

“We must do everything we can to encourage women into the industry at all levels to ensure that there is an in adequate supply of skills to meet the future demand for housing in the State” Mr Roberts concluded.
